BANGKOK - POLICE forensic investigators sifted through the charred remains of an upscale Bangkok nightclub on Thursday, seeking clues to a blaze that killed 61 revellers, including one Singaporean, ringing in the New Year. More than 200 were injured, including foreigners.A number of foreigners were among the casualties from the blaze that erupted shortly after midnight at the Santika Club, which attracted a well-heeled crowd of Thais and foreigners in an entertainment district of Bangkok.
